Meet The Team
Jenny Butler
PRESIDENT
Blue SaFire is the fourth company Jenny has successfully launched. It all started right after college when she worked multiple jobs to experiment with her passions- personal training, booking local bands, bartending, event planning, and commission-only sales. Upon reading this list, it is clear that these activities translated into Jenny’s most valued pursuits- fitness, entertaining, event planning, sales, and marketing.
Jenny knew she had to connect to the right people if she wanted to take one of her passions to the next level and make real money. This notion resulted in the launch of her first company, ENP (Exclusive Networking Professionals). Though there are many social networking organizations today, Jenny was bored with the limited options of 7 a.m. stuffy networking groups that seemed to be the norm. So she hosted and grew groups in all parts of the city that centered networking around happy hour, fostering a more authentic means of exchanging real referrals. It worked. A member of one group recruited her to run sales for their real estate title company.
Fast forward, using her knowledge and connections in the real estate industry, she and her husband launched a brand-new title company in Pittsburgh. She later launched The Property Closers in 2018 and continues to run that business with a phenomenal team surrounding her.
Blue SaFire’s inception was the product of Jenny’s desire to reconnect with her other passions in life and encourage the same of others. She wants people to know they can pivot and reinvent themselves boldly and as often as they choose. She wants to promote entrepreneurship, as well as assist in the launch of new companies. Her goal is and has always been to surround herself with passionate people and fan their flames into worthwhile, memorable careers.

Ryan Nolf
PODCAST ENGINEER & MEDIA SPECIALIST
Ryan is the definition of entrepreneurial spirit, as he spent his youth working in his family business and as an entrepreneur. When he was ten, Ryan started his own firewood business. Like most entrepreneurs just starting out, he did everything himself. Using his creative skills, Ryan drew up flyers with information about his “Firewood Day,” and then he would distribute or mail them to friends and family. He knew he was working on a deadline, so Ryan would head out into the woods to cut trees lying on the ground with his well-loved handsaw. He would gather up the wood he cut and dry it so his customers would have a product with a great burn. When “Firewood Day” rolled around, Ryan would head out to his homebase– his treehouse– where friends and family would gather to purchase wood from him. No fall day in Western Pennsylvania would be complete without snacks. Hence, as the entrepreneur he is, Ryan had steaming hot chocolate and all the cookies his customers could want as a bonus incentive. Ryan has a heart that is always willing to share, and he is ready to welcome you into the podcast studio, where he puts his creative spin on your entrepreneurial spirit to share with others.
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
